Plug N Play Biosciences Pvt Ltd is committed to deliver your order with good quality packaging within the given time frame. We ship throughout the week, except Sunday and Public holidays through reputed courier service.
PLACING YOUR ORDER :
- Ordering at My Camia is customer friendly. Once you decide to purchase our products, you can add products to your “Cart”; decide the quantity you want to purchase. Thereafter, proceed to complete the transaction by entering your details like your name, where and to whom you want the product to be delivered to, contact details and email address and the delivery address with the Pin Code.
- On feeding the given information, our website will provide estimated time for delivery or average time for delivery with delivery charges, if applicable.
- The cart will also provide an option of special offers, coupons and schemes offered by company from time to time for the benefits of its customers which can be used by its customers if they have such coupons and offer codes.
- Our site will provide cost of purchase, taxes and delivery charges with the total amount payable on checkout. On clicking the checkout tab, it will ask you for the billing details if required or the option of delivering to delivery location will be automatically selected.
- Once you proceed, the site will give you payment options to a secured and encrypted method of payment through:

- Internet Banking

- My Camia is set up to take immediate orders online and accepts payments through domestic and International credit cards issued by Banks and Institutions that are part of Visa / Master card / Rupay. It also accepts payments through Visa / Maestro Debit Cards issued by Indian Banks, Amex Cards or Net banking payment mode of selected banks in India. You can also pay through Paytm or any Wallets and UPI interface.
- The payment transaction will be completed on entering the OTP (One Time Password) Number based on the OTP enabled by your bank or credit provider for transaction through the approved payment methods. All the payments will be accepted in Indian Currencies under the Indian Banking Laws and Regulations. On completion of transaction, an email confirmation or SMS on your registered mobile number shall be sent confirming the order.

- On delivery of the goods, “item delivered” email as well as SMS will be sent informing you delivery of goods.
- In case, if order has not been delivered and still if you get delivery message, you shall immediately call to our Customer Care No. 9321237326 or an email to our Customer Care email id hello@mycamia.com and raise complaint about unreceived goods as against delivery message or email received.
1. PAYMENT FAILURE:
In case of Payment Failure, the order shall not be delivered unless the payment is credited to the Bank Account of our Company and in case the amount is deducted from your Bank Account and not received by our Company then in such case, the amount shall be refunded or credited to your Account by the Payment Merchant within 48 hours of such deduction, through reversal method and in case if such reversal does not happen within 48 hours, you may contact your Banker and raise the issue. Our company shall not be responsible and liable for such instance of bank side payment failure.
2. OTHER TERMS
- The products purchased from our website shall not be used for any illegal or unauthorized purpose and if anybody found using so shall be independently liable for the legal consequences and no blame to be given to our Company or our website.

3. RETURN POLICY:
- Though we strive to give you a great customer experience each time you shop with us, but considering the fact that same products cannot be used by other customers upon return due to hygiene factors, we don’t accept exchange or return of the products once sold or delivered.
- However, in case the delivered goods are not as promised and received in damaged or unusable condition, including of receipt of goods with expiry dates, you shall intimate of such goods to our company within 48 hours of such goods delivery to our Customer Care No. 9321237326.
- Our Customer Care Executive will raise a written request ticket and such goods shall be collected back by our delivery partner within 3 to 4 working days from the date of ticket raised for such return of goods without any charges and the amount paid by you shall be refunded to your Payee Bank A/c within 48 hours on collection of such goods by our delivery partner.
- The Return Policy is not applicable in the following instances:
- Return / exchange / replacement for goods/ merchandise are subject to inspection and checking and approval of return by our Team.
- Damages due to neglect, improper usage or wrong application will not be covered; under our Exchange / Returns Policy.

- Cash on Delivery (COD) convenience charge and the shipping charge would not be included in the refund value of your order as these are non-refundable charges.
- Once your exchange / return request has been accepted, the exchange / refund process will be completed within 7-10 business days, subject to picking & product inspection.

- The final price of exchanged products should be equal to or more than the price of returned items.

4. SHIPPING POLICY
- Your orders are shipped from our various warehouses nearest to your location through registered courier companies at your doorstep.
- Confirmed Orders are shipped immediately and a confirmation is sent to mobile number to track your shipment and status.
- Orders are dispatched within 3 working days and mostly delivered between 7 to 8 working days. We do not ship your orders on Sunday / Public Holidays / Any emergencies/Lock downs / Containment Zones.
- The Shipping charges will be displayed separately for complete order.
- If product is received in damaged condition or in tampered packaging, please do not accept the package and return the package to the delivery person.
- All claims for shortages / damages must be reported to our customer service within 24 hours of delivery along with the parcel opening video without any edits along with images of the damaged products.
5. CANCELLATION POLICY

While we try to ship out every order that has been successfully placed with www.mycamia.com, there are some situations in which we may have to cancel orders. Some of the situations that may result in your order being cancelled include (but not limited to):- Product no longer available or temporarily out of stock

- At times we may also require additional verification or information before accepting any order. We will contact you if all or any portion of your order is cancelled or if additional information is required to accept your order. If your order is cancelled after your payment has been done, the charged amount will be refunded to you as soon as possible.
6.Cancellation by the Customer
- The order once booked before its shipping can be cancelled at no cost. However, if order is cancelled, after the shipping of goods or during the goods in transit, the order can be cancelled subject to deduction of cancellation charges to minimum amount of Rs. 100, maximum shall be reflected at the time of cancellation based on the total value of order / invoice.
